We are conveniently located at 11/720 Albany Creek Rd, Albany Creek, QLD. Our opening hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

In addition to world class facilities, we have a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated, ensuring you reach your fitness goals. We also run small group personal training classes and outdoor bootcamps. The first session is FREE for new comers!

    1hr full of cardio and resistance training guaranteed to make you sweat!

  • Fit Box

    Blast your way to fitness with your friends and have fun at the same time. This class combines boxing and exercise. high energy and lots of fun for all fitness levels

  • Abs, Butt and Thighs (A.B.T)

    Get Ready to work! Abs, Butt and Thighs is an exciting fitness class that focuses on those areas!!

  • Small Group Training

    Train with a small group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together. Small Group Training is great physically and socially.

  • Kettlebells

    Unlike dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell training is very effective for strength and power training, it will test you! To learn how to use Kettlebells safely and effectively, jump into one of our Small Group Sessions.

  • H.I.I.T

    High intensity interval training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast
