Classes

  • Pilates

    A structured workout included controlled breathing , stretching and relaxation - you will build strength and flexibility as you go!

  • Bootcamp

    1hr full of cardio and resistance training guaranteed to make you sweat!

  • Tabata

    The number 1 way to smash fat fast and increase your fitness level! A popular favourite and a fun environment.

  • Core  
The class to expose that six pack! Crunch, twist and plank, not only to feel the burn in the abs, but to condition the muscles of your core.

  • Circuit

    This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.

  • Boxing

    A cardiovascular activity that will work out your upper body. 

  • Yoga

Increase your Endurance, Strength and Flexibility 

  • Zumba
A fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
