Welcome to Caloundra Snap Fitness.

We are a family owned and operated club offering over 30 years combined experience in the Health and Fitness Industry.

We are located in our brand new club at 130 Bulcock Street, Caloundra, QLD on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Our air-conditioned, double storied club is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We now provide over 16 group fitness classes a week with a crèche, with our timetable being updated regularly. Our classes are completely unique and designed to suit every one of every fitness level, tailoring each exercise to suit every attendee. No matter if you are a beginner or an athlete – we have you covered. 

In addition to the world class facilities, we offer a team of highly qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated to ensure you reach your fitness goals. We set an exceptionally high standard of not only customer service but personal experience in our club and pride ourselves on our elite trainers.

  • Abs Blast

Smash purely your abs and core in this 30 minute targeted session

  • Yoga/Pilates

A structured workout included controlled breathing, stretching and relaxation - you will build strength, endurance and flexibility as you go!

  • Bootcamp

1hr full of cardio and resistance training guaranteed to make you sweat!

  •  Boxing/Kick Boxing

These classes contain boxing pad and bag work. Team up with a partner and help each other work through fun combos and you’ll be sure to learn something new every session you attend

  • Variation Training

Suitable for all. A variety of training including; Resistance, Cardio, Interval, Speed & Agility to name a few.

  • HIIT/Tabatta

High Intensity Interval Training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast. Combined with Tabatta, the number one way to smash fat fast and increase your fitness level!

  • Small Group Training

Enjoy training within small private sessions, tailored specifically to your groups needs. These sessions can be booked separately to suit your schedule.

  • Kettlebells

Unlike dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell training is very effective for strength and power training, it will test you! To learn how to use Kettlebells safely and effectively, jump into one of our Small Group Sessions.

  • Circuit

This challenging style provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.

  • TRX

The original Suspension training system. It will give you one of the best all over body workouts because you'll be engaging many large and small muscle groups to fight gravity! There are 100's of movements, and with simple adjustments TRX can accommodate absolute beginners through to elite athletes.
