I have always felt that fitness is an integral part of life, which is why I’ve studied it. I have completed my Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science and it is through these studies that I’ve learned the tips and tools that I wish to share with those who seek to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
A few years ago I was very over-trained and skinny due to many hours spent swimming. My lack of muscle and strength led to a shoulder injury that rendered me unable to continue swimming, this is where my unhealthy weight gain began.
I am now back on track and have never felt better. I hope I can help others achieve and feel the same.
