Our favourite step platform class. Using the step platform this class combines fitness and toning work using choreographed moves and weights. Suitable for all different fitness levels.


Abs, Butts and Thighs - A fantastic workout which targets toning and shaping your lower body and promotes injury prevention as well as improved balance and strength. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels


A personal training inspired strength workout that trains the stabilising trunk muscles. Ideal for tightening the tummy and butt while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. Also incorporates the stability ball and fitness exercises.


A Class Designed to Tone and Shape your Body using Pilates and Dance Inspired Movements. Class combines Floor and Mat Work and Equipment. Plus, Challenging Work on our Ballet Barre 


This Class is A Non-Choreographed Workout and designed for clients wanting loads of variety. Fitness, Toning and Strength Workstations including Boxing, Cycling, Barbell and Fitness Work 

BOXING (Cardio)

This Class combines boxing drills and partner work using Boxing Equipment. Great class for building upper body strength and fitness 


Metabolic Burn combines traditional body weight exercises with the latest high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Tabata techniques, working on the premise that in order to burn fat, you need to boost your resting metabolism.


This Class incorporates 30 minutes cycling and Boxing Drills on and off the Bike. A Great Fat Blaster!

Indoor CYCLE

A non-impact indoor cycling session where the instructor motivates participants through different speeds, positions and resistance levels. Each individual is in control of their own resistance so its suitable for all fitness levels. A sensational fat burning session.


This class uses the stations within the Functional Training Zone. The Functional Training Zone is a training area that features an array of innovative equipment designed to maximize your workout and deliver fast results. This space is comprised of several exercise stations designed to condition your body for the activities performed in daily life. Suitable for beginner to advanced (30 minutes)  

Freestyle PUMP

A non-impact class designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights to music. Burn calories and improves strength. Suitable for beginners and advanced. (60 minutes)

Mat pilates

A body conditioning and postural alignment technique used to develop a strong centred and balanced body DESIGNED TO BUILD A STRONG CORE! All mat-work floor work 


This Yoga class is for our more energetic Yoga Clients. Incorporates challenging Poses. Positions Standing and Floor Work


A combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Great for toning and stretching the muscles (60 minutes)


VYPA is a hardcore, high intensity interval training workout aimed at lowering your body fat , improving your Cardiovascular health & sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometrics and Sport Specific Training. You perform tracks of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each track keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals set to spine-tingling Electronic, Dubstep & Hip Hop music. Each track goes for 4 minutes with a short break in between each track. Expect to punch, jump, drop, sprint & squat till you reach the edge.

BURN! is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg – 2.5kg Dumbells in each hand & fuses this with movements that are dance inspired which will shape, sculpt & improve your muscle tone in your Upper Body & Core. Focusing on functional & high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Rather than doing weights in a boring & tedious environment - BURN! spices up traditional moves with a subtle addition of dance flavour. This Class is designed to be an ADD-ON to our other Programs. 


TYGA® is the world's first Hip Hop, Dancehall, Ragga & Afro based FITNESS Workout that combines easy-to-do dance moves with fitness concepts to improve your endurance & sculpt your body. Tyga® uses the latest, greatest and best RnB, Hip Hop, Rap, Dancehall, Afro & Ragga music from around the world. Don't be afraid; Tyga is for men and women of all ages and requires no dance or fitness experience because the steps are easy to follow. Due to some of the lyrics in the music, this program is suited to over 18 participants or parental guidance.


JAGUA is a body sculpting class choreographed to Hip Hop, Pop, Afro & Old School Music. It is a body conditioning class that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, muscle tone and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It is about creating a lean, strong and toned body in a musical environment that improves your physical and emotional well being. Jagua takes inspiration from Ballet, Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Hip Hop & Stretch Classes. Expect to squat & lift your entire body to your favourite songs from Michael Jackson to Beyonce.
