Once you are a member you can access our club 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience!

In addition to world class facilities, we have a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated, ensuring you reach your fitness goals. Group Fitness classes and outdoor Boot camps and small group classes are also available. North Lakes Snap Fitness really has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age. Our team will motivate you and help you set your goals, what ever they might be we will help aid you in your health and fitness journey and help you get the results YOU want!

Our equipment is equipped with TV screens, ipod/iphone connections, we also have Nightlife which offers a huge selection of music for you to chose and play in the club. We have a full range of free weights, including pin loaded equipment, dumbells, power rack, benches, torsonator & kettle bells.

We have super clean facilities with toilets and showers, so you can come in before or after work or even change before an important function!

Our team and club atmosphere is bright, bubbly and very helpful we are full of knowledge and our personal trainers offer a wide range of training, catering for all fitness levels to help you get started & keep you motivated and achieving your goals along your journey.

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilize your joints safely and effectively.

  • Circuit

    This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.

  • H.I.I.T

    High intensity interval training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast

Shred is an action packed session built to get your heart rate up and build fitness fast and aid in weight loss.
