  • Fit Box (Coming Soon)

    Blast your way to fitness with your friends and have fun at the same time. This class combines boxing and exercise. high energy and lots of fun for all fitness levels

  • Womens Only Circuit

    Suitable for all. A variety of training including; Resistance, Cardio, Interval, Speed & Agility to name a few.

  • Functional Fitness

    High intensity interval training , using battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls... lets get that metabolism working and burn fat fast
