We are located in Southports CBD in the beautiful Brickworks Centre at the Brolga Ave entrance, 107 Ferry Road, Southport, QLD. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

    Suitable for all. A variety of training including; Resistance, Cardio, Interval, Speed & Agility to name a few.

  • Small Group Training

    Train with a small group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together. Small Group Training is great physically and socially.

  • ZUU

    A registered training style based on high intensity primal movement patterns mixed with strength and endurance body weight exercises. Blending old school methods, sports science, and proven techniques with new and innovative approaches, every workout targets all major & minor muscle groups while engaging both the aerobic &

    anaerobic energy systems.

  • Circuit

    This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.

  • H.I.I.T

    High intensity interval training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast
